1. Look for the obviousTwice a week, in East Germany, a man with a wheel barrel full of dirty came to the checkpoint. Each time the guards inspected the wheel barrel for contraband, often having the man shovel all the dirt out. They did this for years because they just new he was smuggling something across the border. After the wall fell, one of the security guards saw the man and asked him, "What did you smuggle in for all those years?" The man replied, "Wheel barrels". 2. You cannot solve a problem with the same thinking that created it--Einstein. We're the fresh prespective, that breaks free of group think; finding the practical, almost too easy solution. We excel because we're not afraid to ask a "stupid" question. Stupid questions tend to lead to easy answers. Easy answers lead to easy solutions, however the easiest solution is often the most elusive one. 3. We're committed as pigsA chicken and pig want to make breakfast for the farmer. After consulting on it, the chicken says, "The farmer likes a good breakfast of eggs and ham". The pig replies, "Ok. But while you're making a contribution, I'm making the real comittment".
